Booking
There is a non-refundable £200 booking fee per participant for the course of six days.
The PTI will reimburse reasonable travel costs for delegates travelling from outside Transport for London (TfL) Zone 6.
Please note that in order to maximise the impact of the courses, partial attendance is NOT permissible. Schools will be notified of any absences.
Availability
There are 20 places available in each course, and these places will be filled on a strictly first-come first-served basis.
Please note that places are only CONFIRMED on receipt of payment of the booking fee within 15 working days of making the booking. Schools may wish to use the online payment facility rather than send cheques in order to be sure that their places are secured. The booking fee is non-refundable.
In the likely event of over-subscription, the PTI will operate a strict waiting list policy. Should a school’s payment for a booking not be received within 15 days, the place will be given to the next participant on the waiting list.

Summer Term knowledge audit
The PTI requests at booking the personal e-mails of the participants. This is in order to perform a knowledge audit this term, which will enable the PTI to design each subject course to suit their needs. The PTI will communicate directly with the participants to gather the result of the audit.
