2010 Maths and Science Residential

In the autumn of 2010, The Prince's Teaching Institute held a joint Science and Mathematics residential at Crewe Hall, Cheshire from Saturday 6th to Monday 8th November.

The course consisted of lectures and workshops by eminent speakers and academics. This year speakers included Prof David Nutt and Prof Celia Hoyles OBE.  Please click on the links on the left for the programme of events.

This event was open to Heads of Department (or their nominated representative who have curriculum responsibilty) from state secondary schools who have not previously attended a Prince's Teaching Institute Summer School.

The event was supported by the National Centre for Excellence in the Teaching of Mathematics.
