A. Booking process
Completion of the Event Registration Form (including for the avoidance of doubt the provision of your credit or debit card details) shall constitute an offer by you to book a place at an Event online subject to these terms and conditions.
Upon electronic receipt of the Event Registration Form, the Site will check whether you have completed correctly all mandatory parts of the Booking Form. Upon confirmation of these details, the PTI will, as instructed by you either:
- charge your credit or debit card accordingly and send you a Confirmation by e-mail which shall constitute its acceptance of your booking and will guarantee you a reserved place(s) at the Event. If the PTI receives a prompt notification that the Confirmation was not delivered successfully, it will use reasonable endeavours to notify you of your booking by other means.
- Issue to your institution an invoice for all of the Course Fee(s). You have the opportunity to include any purchase order numbers on the Event Registration Form. The PTI will acknowledge your booking by emailing you a confirmation that this invoice will be issued.
By submitting an invoice request to us, you are acknowledging that you have received authorisation for this expenditure from the relevant person(s) at your institution
The prices and availability of places at an Event are specified on the Site. These details are based on the best available information and the PTI is not obliged to conclude any Contract on these terms.
You are entirely responsible for entering the details correctly on the Event Registration Form. You warrant that all details supplied by you are true and accurate. If there are any changes to your details once your booking is concluded then it is your responsibility to inform the PTI by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org.
Where a person makes a booking on behalf of a third party or parties, that person accepts these terms and conditions on behalf of the third party or parties and is responsible for all payments due.
Booking services with the PTI are only available to persons who are at least 18 years of age. By submitting a Booking Form you warrant and confirm to the PTI that you are 18 years of age or over.
The PTI reserves the right to place restrictions on the number of places ordered by a school or schools.
The prices of places for all Events that are not free are displayed on the Site and are inclusive of VAT (if chargeable).
C. Terms of Payment
Places paid for in full at the time of booking will confirm the reservation of a place

If you are unable to attend an Event, and unable to transfer your place to another individual, the PTI will provide a refund limited to the price of the booking minus any credit card/debit card fees payable by the PTI to card issuers, provided that you notify the PTI, by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org, within the following notice periods:
